At times the Club RTGWFC may wish to take photos or videos of the team or individuals in it. We RTGWFC adheres to The FA Guidelines to ensure these are safe and respectful and used solely for the purposes for which they are intended, which is promotion and celebration of the activities of the Club and for training purposes.
Courses
RTGWFC Youth Coach / Manager – Minimum Requirements
• Introduction to coaching football (includes basic first aid and safeguarding)
• Concussion Guidelines
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
RTGWFC Youth Assistant Coaches
• Playmaker
• Safeguarding Children
RTGWFC Open Age Coach / Manager and assistant coaches
• Introduction to coaching football (includes basic first aid and safeguarding)
• Concussion Guidelines
• Sudden Cardiac Arrest
• Player Welfare
If assistant coaches are likely to take the team for training / match days without the named team manager, then they should complete the same minimum courses courses as the names team manager.
All courses are available on the FA Learning Platform – England Football Learning | you will need a FAN number to complete courses.

Although RTGWFC may provide reminders, it is the responsibility of each volunteer to periodically log into your FA account to review their courses / DBS and ensure they are updated prior to expiry.
All volunteers must hold the correct qualifications at all times.

These policies require acceptance by all volunteers whereby you agree to abide by RTGWFC and FA codes of conduct.
Club policies, rules, and decisions are created and reviewed by the RTGWFC committee. The RTGWFC is voted into position by the club members at the RTGWFC annual AGM.

DBS Checks
All volunteers who have involvement with children are required to obtain a DBS check. This included team admin.
No volunteers are permitted to work with teams without a valid DBS.
