ANNUAL EVENT 8TH JUNE 2018
Awards for all members, plus team awards, there will be pizza for the members on the night.
Raffle prize donations please bring along on the night, your donations help the club raise money for the event, we have a first special prize of The First Ever Women’s Football Yearbook 2017/18 produced, your entry tickets are also your free entry to this raffle (Please keep hold of it, you need it to enter and for the raffle) more tickets for the raffle can be brought on the night.
Doors Open: 7.00pm
Event Start: 7.30pm
Expected Awards End Time (Latest): 10.30pm
We understand there are young ones at the event and we like them to enjoy the whole night so keep it to minimum.

NEW SEASON SIGNING ON NIGHTS
By the 1st July 2018 we are looking to have all members signed for the new season ahead, this is one of the hardest times of year for the admin of the club, from entering leagues to FA registrations to ensuring 100 plus members are registered on the system to play next season. Not to mention the AGM’s and club meetings.
So please help us by ensuring all member’s details are registered on the below dates and times for your age group. It is also mandatory for the club to ensure it has records of all persons entering the pitch area from the 1st July to work within the club’s data controls for insurance etc. Anyone not registered will not be able to attend a session after this date unless by special arrangement agreed with Jason or Vicky only.
Managers will be there to help all members sign on and answer any questions.
Ladies

Standing Order Form for £8 per month x 11 (no more £2 weekly, single monthly payment only starting 1st August 2018)

£30 Members Fee followed by Standing Order Form for £20 per month x 7 payments (First Payment 1st August 2018)

Teams the club is looking to registered for the 18/19 Season
We are looking to a record 11 teams for the club, we certainly have enough players for all teams and will come down to volunteer support with out which we cannot do everything, please get in touch with Jason or Tony for more information, even if for 1 hour per week, you really would be helping. All girls can play in a 2-year age banding up to their current age.
