The start of this year saw 8 of our RTGWFC young leaders take part in an Active Leaders for girls course where they’ve developed their leadership skills, knowledge, and confidence.
The @England Football and @Premier League supported programme was run by @Birmingham FA and Alice McDonagh of RTGWFC to help upskill the youth within our club. The young leaders ran two events and they will now go on to complete their volunteering hours and receive their Active Leaders certifications.
The young leaders will be able to use the skills they’ve developed to volunteer within the club, helping increase the quality of sessions within our youth teams.
