This Sunday saw our final league game of 2022/2023 at home versus Ambleside U8s
We had a nice warm day for a change! Our squad of 9 all excited and ready to practice what we have been focusing on in training.
This game was well matched with both sides playing with strength and determination.
Nancy, Aria and Millie showed great strength upfront with lots of running and pressure on the opposition.
In midfield Sienna, Isabella and Evie put great defensive and attacking performances in.
At the back in defense Saskia and Belinda showed great confidence with accurate tackles and clearances.
Seren and Belinda both worked hard in goal with some great saves!

The team has come along way since they started back in September. All of them have improved so much and they have become a great team learning how to work together.
Well done Lionesses you should be very proud of yourselves!
