The U11s played Sileby in Sunday’s fixture, in what was an end-to-end game of football.
Early pressure from the girls saw some great play before Sileby came back strongly in the 1st half.
The 2nd half continued in a similar entertaining manner, with good football by both teams.
Lara was again very solid in goal. Bella and Kels were rocks at the back, and showed good ability further up the pitch too.
Mimi and Alice also had spells in defence and should be proud of how they are going in their 1st matches.
Mia and Willow worked hard in midfield, whilst Soph, Iz and Maddie produced some excellent link up forward play.
All the girls should be very proud of how they played, both individually and as part of the team, in a game played in a wonderful spirit by both sets of girls.
