Sunday saw the U10 Girls again play Asfordby, this time at home. The girls started brightly, and were passing the ball around nicely, creating a few scoring opportunities.
As half time approached, a hand ball in the box led to a penalty.
Asfordby and the Town Girls continued to play some nice football in the 2nd half Rugby had a few missed chances. All the girls should be proud of how they played.
Alice’s 1st time shot from a corner and Bella’s outside of the foot pass stick in the mind. Soph was her usual tiger in midfield and took her goal well. Mia played like a player twice her size.
Lara adjusted well to playing left midfield, whilst Maddie played some beautiful long passes.
