Team: Saanvi, Peggy, Scarlett, Mabel, May, Lexi, Lily
Today saw us play away at Hinckley Green Towers. We started strong with Lexi up front, Saanvi & Scarlett in midfield, Lily in defence and Peggy in goal. Lots of strong tackles and good runs resulted in plenty of positive play and a change up of positions, bringing on May and Mabel in midfield saw the girls showing off their newly learnt tactics, which led to further positive play.
Hinckley came back at us with a new found strength in the second half but with Saanvi in defence and Mabel in goal we remained strong and got to transform some great passes into further positive play. The girls demonstrated their new corner taking tactics and did the club proud.
Player of the match went to May for her strong tackling and good passing, well done May and well done to all the girls, you were all amazing!
