Finally, the first league game for our U7 team as they hosted East Goscote at a bright and sunny Butlin Road.
An excellent game by our U7s. Lots of attacking play with energetic runs forward.
Lots of positional rotations, with no less than 4 players – Primrose, Charlotte, Phoebe , Lorna – taking turns in goal, all of whom delivered great performances.
Primrose also had lots of time outfield and performed with her usually flair and confidence.
Primrose always causes the opposition a headache with her dynamic play.
Lorna has clearly been playing lots of attention in training and provided some superb passes throughout the game.
Maisie F, her football confidence continues to grow, and Maisie is now showing she in comfortable in taking control of the ball and travelling up field.
Phoebe is working hard to be in the thick of the action and displayed some very active play.
Charlotte produced some very strong and proficient tackles today and was able to delivery strong passes up through the field of play.
Florence played a very brave game, linking up with Primrose well, and was showing good game awareness and positional responsibility.
