Sunday saw us away at Epworth Forest to play for the league cup. The semi finals saw us take on Kibworth FC, the girls played strong with lots of passing and some great runs and with excellent defence and determined goalkeepers we progressed to the final against Epworth Forest.
The girls played outstandingly in the final, demonstrating fantastic team play and were tenacious on the ball but with a couple of unfortunate decisions it came down to penalties.
The Player of the match was Erin which was well deserved, she played strong, demonstrating some great skill and determination, well done Erin and to all the girls
