Today saw the girls play away to Epworth Forest and what a game it was.
It started with Lexi up front, Erin & Evelyn in midfield, Saanvi in defence and Peggy in goal. Positions were held perfectly and consistent skill and passing resulted in plenty of positive play. The girls changed positions and showed their strengths across the pitch, all demonstrating great team play.
The second half saw Epworth Forest with 6 players but our defence didn’t falter and the girls superb tackling and passing resulted in further positive play. The girls worked extra hard today and it was a joy to watch them.
The girls all worked so hard together and showed some great skill and we couldn’t pick just one player of the match so we awarded it to all of them. Well done girls you were amazing
