To celebrate the achievements people have made in 2017, Rugby Sports Awards were held on the 28th February 2018 at the Benn Hall
Rugby Town Girls FC nominated Chloe Raine (Current Club Young Volunteer of the Year) in to the Rugby Sports Awards, Young Volunteer of the Year Award – sponsored by Rugby Rokeby Lions category. Chloe was successful in getting to the final three for the Borough of Rugby and attended the evening at the Benn Hall with guest speaker Ian Bell (England Cricketer), an achievement in its self.
Chloe went onto to triumph on the evening and won the award, a fantastic achievement for herself and the club. Chloe follows on from past club winners, Abbie, Jasmine, Rachel and now Chloe to add to the list since 2010 from Rugby Town Girls FC.
This also demonstrates the work all the clubs young leaders do every week, this is a big thumbs up to you all, coaching the 4 to 7 year olds in the club. We also have a great group of members in this group just starting out on there football journey from 4 years old.
Well done Chloe Raine on your Achievement
