This last Friday Rafe and Owen from Birmingham County FA paid a visit to our group of young leaders with in the club, this was to give all more of an insight in to their next steps with in football industry, if they wanted to could take them. Hopefully a few more coaches and referees of the future in the club.
The club Chairman and Secretary took the young wildcats this week due to County FA (mainly Tony), and how much these players have improved is a testament to our young leaders, some of the ball control the girls had was great and looking good for the long-term future of the club, the numbers are also good to see even on the winter evenings.Next week see’s Toni from The FA Mentoring Scheme back at the session on Friday, helping the young leaders with feedback to help coach or any other questions, Toni also works with all coaches that would like to know different path ways for them to go or just have questions to ask.
There will be a further young leaders group for 8 to 12-year old’s, who will soon be invited to attend their own section for the junior members, more news very soon
